We offer a generous free trial for Botio. We encourage you to use the trial to ensure the software meets your needs before purchasing a license.
2. Conditions
You are eligible for a refund if:
- The product does not function as described
- You encounter critical issues that cannot be resolved
- You accidentally purchased the product
3. Non-refundable cases
Refunds will not be granted if:
- The request is made after 7 days
- The product has been used extensively
- The issue is caused by unsupported environments or misuse
